Photos from Grangetown Primary School's postThis week, during science, the children in Y3NB (Mrs Bewickโs class) enjoyed taking their learning into our courtyard area. The children looked at different types of soil. From this, they were able to set up an investigation to see what happens to soil when water is added. 7 Likes

Photos from Grangetown Primary School's postThis week in reception, we have had lots of fun in our maths lessons learning about the composition of numbers to 5. The children have used blocks and sticky notes to show different ways of composing numbers. We even made stampolines to show the different shapes numbers can make! Well done reception!! 3 Likes

Photos from Grangetown Primary School's postA big Well Done to this week's Achievers Award winners! Brilliant job, everyone! The Achievers winners are picked out by their teachers, for a whole range of reasons, every week - it's a huge achievement to get an award - Well Done! Also, we had several Reading Award winners this week - at Bronze level - this is fantastic to see, because reading at home is so important. Great job! ๐๐๐๐๐ 7 Likes
