Grangetown is a vibrant, friendly and welcoming learning community, located on the coast not far from Sunderland city centre. 

We are seeking to appoint a teacher to join our Early Years team, to teach a Reception class. The contract is fixed term, for 1 year, in the first instance. ECTs are welcome to apply, as well as more experienced teachers.

The successful candidate should:

  • Have the ability to develop and sustain excellent relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of effective primary practice
