Our Y3 Ancient Egyptians!

Y3 had a fantastic Egyptian themed day today.

They painted their very own Egyptian collar that they wore proudly, they learned all about the gruesome act of mummification and they learned how to write their name in hieroglyphics.

They enjoyed tasting Egyptian bread and learning all about Howard Carter.

The day really brought history to life for the children, and they displayed just how much they have learned over the past half term - their knowledge of ancient Egypt was fabulous!
