Light and Colour!

Year 6 have been learning about Isaac Newton's theory of colour, in their science lesson today.

They learnt that when light passes through a transparent object, it refracts.

Isaac Newton used a triangular prism and made the spectrum of light visible.

We made a colour spectrum and when the colours merge together, they went white – just like light.
