Aladdin - Amazing!

A huge well done to the amazing cast of Aladdin! Our Year 6 children wowed us with their acting, singing and dancing talents yesterday, performing twice to packed audiences.

Despite the heat, their energy was always at 100%, and they put their heart and soul into the Show, delivering truly memorable performances. We are so proud of each and every pupil!

Mams, dads and carers were blown away, and now have some very special memories to treasure forever!

We'd also like to thank our incredible year 6 staff team - Miss Hunter, Miss Stell and Miss Rimmington, for the magnificent job they did, getting the children ready for Aladdin in record time, encouraging them every day, and helping them overcome nerves and grow in confidence. And, of course a very special thankyou to our fabulous performing arts teacher, Mrs Davies, for organising the Show and inspiring the children, giving them the self-belief that they could step out under the lights - in front of a live audience - and deliver their lines, their songs and their dance routines with such confidence.

Thankyou too to all year 6 mams, dads and carers for the support you have given your children with learning lines, and for all the encouragement you have given your child, and thanks for your brilliant turn out yesterday.
