Grangetown is a vibrant, friendly and welcoming learning community. We’re located on the coast, not far from Sunderland city centre. Our children are happy and motivated to learn and are supported by a dedicated and highly skilled team of staff.
We are seeking to appoint an After School Club supervisor, to start as soon as possible. The role involves organising our daily after school care, for up to 15 children. This includes keeping a register, liaising with parents/carers and with our Office, and organising activities for the children. This post is 3.00-5.00pm every school day i.e. 10 hours per week.
The successful candidate should:
- Be enthusiastic, hard-working and caring.
- Be skilled in managing groups of children, and have the ability to organise an appealing range of activities.
- Have the ability to develop and sustain excellent relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers.
