Music

Hello and welcome to the Music virtual learning page with Mrs Bryant-King. I will be posting weekly activities, worksheets and links to help you keep up the fantastic work that we do in music.

The best way to spread every day cheer is singing together for all to hear! I recommend that you sing at least 2 songs a day with your families. Put a favourite song into YouTube with lyrics, take turns to pick a song and have a sing along together. I guarantee that it will make you feel happy, and you never know, you may have some hidden talents at home! Home karaoke sessions are a great way to bring everyone together and share our favourite music.

Below are some links to websites for you all to have a look at. There are fun games, instruments to discover and activities to complete. Enjoy!

For KS1 children, the Super Simple Songs from YouTube are fantastic, and you will recognise some of them from our singing in class. Click the link below, have a sing along and do the actions too!

I will be adding some music notation activities, but for now, this video is for all to learn and recap music notation, looking at the notes on the lines and in the spaces.
