Information and letters - COVID-19

Info & support

Below, you can view & download recent letters related to our consultations with parents & carers and to our 'wider opening' plans. Our main 'Letters Page' is here - all letters for parents & carers can be read and downloaded there, including the letters from the earlier period of 'lock-down' related to, for example, the initial partial closure, Key Worker places and Free School Meal vouchers. Note that during the COVID-19 period, these letters are emailed personally to every GPS family, via the 13 class emails accounts that we have set up - we have an email address for every GPS family - the 'BCC' function is used to ensure that each email address is 'invisible' - this maintains Data Protection and protects confidentiality.
