On the streets of the Brazilian 'favelas', they play futebol de salao...and for some that has been a route to glory...to the Urbano Caldeira (google it!), to the Maracana, the Nou Camp...and of course to the San Siro.

So...why not on the streets of Grangetown too...or at least in the school hall and playground!

We're teaming up with Brazilian Soccer Schools UK to offer an after school club in futebol de salao. So far, year 4 have had an afternoon taster session. Further sessions will be held for years 5 & 6 in mid-March, and then we'll get set to launch our club.

We've got the World Cup 2022 in our sights!
