Every morning during SATs week our year 6s tucked into mouth watering bacon sarnies, cereal and toast,...and they washed it down with tea, coffee and juice. Then, at breaktime, we had fruit and cereal bars.

And between all those goodies, we managed to fit in...the SATs! ;)

We're are proud of the way our year 6 children conducted themselves during SATs week. They were mature, focused and hard working. They got on with the job and gave it 100% They thoroughly earned their special breakfasts, and their other treats (a special library 'chill out' zone at lunchtime, access to the ICT Suite and our new laptops, football every day, and a 'fun day' on Friday).

Full marks to our fantastic teachers and TAs too - they have worked their socks off all year, ensuring that the year 6 leg of the learning journey has remained creative and enjoyable, whilst at the same time challenging. Also, huge thanks to the staff who came in early every day to prepare the breakfasts - you did a grand job!

Well done everyone!
